First off let me say Carolyn Kent's local knowledge is horrible, doesn't know nice areas like she claims. This agent doesn't not have great people skills, rushed us through everything. no eye contact. wasted mine and my husband's time, he took off work to be treated horrible. We felt judgement from her and we were used to get entry into a house that we wanted to place a ofder on. she then turned around and had her other client make an offer. (We found this out by the listing agent) she is rude and dishonest. I would not trust her with your money or your home.
