Can't go no stars so they get one for location - this is because I am an out of state landlord trying to manage my family property after the passing of my mother. Simple enough work to get the current tenant to sign a lease with me now she is gone. The agent they assigned to me was not at all what I was expecting as professional, there were errors in both my contract to the RE firm and the rental unit as well. They are slow to getting back to people I called and the agent (Amary Youso) was like "no problem I will be getting that handled and get you what you deserve from him - I know your renter and we have history". I could not have been happier when after 2 weeks of electronic paperwork tag, she told me the agency decided it was in my best interest to call my lawyer and evict him. Way out there to unprofessional, they have stale rental units on the market so I have no faith to trust them to find me a new after she gets her way via past history with my tenant who has been there five years.

Norma St Apartments...hot during summer cold in winter..Coldwell likes to control Tennant's with stupid rules ....legal forms constantly sent out saying don't do this or else. They love to shove policy down your throat and dictate how you live. Can't wait to move from this dive

First off let me say Carolyn Kent's local knowledge is horrible, doesn't know nice areas like she claims. This agent doesn't not have great people skills, rushed us through everything. no eye contact. wasted mine and my husband's time, he took off work to be treated horrible. We felt judgement from her and we were used to get entry into a house that we wanted to place a ofder on. she then turned around and had her other client make an offer. (We found this out by the listing agent) she is rude and dishonest. I would not trust her with your money or your home.

Clint far exceeded our expectations with his excellent communication skills, his attentiveness to detail, timeliness in communication, and interactions with the buyer. I have never known a realtor to provide the extensive facilitation of home repairs and helping us to obtain the best and most expedient contractors to get the jobs done. Down to the wire, he even helped us facilitate the home emptying process by arranging for handymen helpers to assist moving out furnishings, and helped us donate music to the local music programs. What truly stands out is his availability and expediency every step of the way. The orchestration of the stovetop replacement was a real challenge, but in less than two weeks the negotiations and replacement were complete. If there is anything bad to say, it is that he spoiled us! We give Clint the highest recommendation possible. It was our extreme pleasure working with him.
