Overall Feedback:
This place will lie to your face to make a sale. I repeatedly asked for their price for a pnuematic boot I was being fitted for. $15 I was told, numerous times, by multiple people, and that my insurance will cover the remaining balance. I compared the prices to Amazon boots and agreed to the $15. Eight months later I receive a bill showing they charged $399 to my insurance providers (yes, I'm double covered), and I owed the remaining balance of $45. Amazon has the same boots listed between $40-$60. That is a 700% mark-up from CNOS. And, I'm now paying more for a CNOS product after two insurance providers paid their share than if I would've purchased it myself and submitted it to insurance myself. I called and asked why the huge mark-up and they stated that insurance sets the price. Apparently CNOS has nothing to do with it. Weird considering they sent me the bill and I'm suppose to write out a check in their name, but they don't set the price of their products ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I ask to speak to someone else, they say an outside vendor sets the price. Well those outside vendors have their prices listed on Amazon. Basically, deny deny deny, we have nothing to do with it, but you pay us for these new debts we lied about. Why lie? Why not say, this boot you are being fitted for is $399?
