To say Chris is a good agent would be an understatement. Chris is awesome at what he does and he is an expert in the field. We originally met Chris at an open house and had no clue how to buy a home or what to look for. He was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions and even recommended a lender (Bill Katakis) to us to work with who is amazing as well. After over a year of searching and working with multiple agents that promise and never deliver, Chris was able to find us the perfect home for our family before it even hit the market. We could not be happier with our decision to work with Chris and happy that we found an agent for life.

We found Chris online and wanted someone that was a go getter and that knew the area. Chris is both of these things and more. He took us all around Discovery Bay seamlessly to show us houses and gave us local tidbits of information along the way about the town. We found a house and made an offer and he was always a text or phone call away. If I texted him he would get back to me swiftly I was never left wondering what is going on. My sister is going to move out this way and I will definitely recommend him to her because he really made this stressful process easier. I am happy moving day is right around the corner but it is nice knowing that chris will still be a text away if I need anything

Chris is awesome! Even before I was pre - approved with the bank, he was available to show me homes I was interested in, other agents usually won't make time for you if you don't have the pre-approval from a lender. He doesn't play games, very honest, and doesn't try to push you into something you don't want to do, and gives the most sound business advice on everything from offers, asking price, and excellent recommendations for services you may need before/during/after closing. Chris is also very available, even while he was on vacation he was able to arrange for his assistant to show homes and still put in offers, in fact the house I bought (2015), he was out of town when we made the offer and had it accepted... We have worked with Chris again in 2019 as sellers And as buyers... So whether you are buying or selling, need some guidance to get ready for either, give Chris a call, you will be in great hands!

By chance, my family met Chris through a phone call from a listing on the internet. From that moment forward, we built a relationship that led us to both buy and sell our home through him. As my family and I searched for a new location to move to pre-retirement. Our young children are now transitioning into college activities and we do not need to be where we were. We have been searching for property/community that either on or near a body of water since our family love boating and particularly fishing the fresh water of California. We found Discovery Bay just by chance using google map as we were tracing the Delta outline and you can see the communities that were present. We were already looking at other areas such as Clear Lake, Hidden Valley and as far south as Central Valley. This would be our 4th home that our family have sold and bought over the years. We have been represented by another agent in the area we have lived. Needless to say, finding a new agent and building trust would be a challenge let alone the right home and location. While searching online, we came upon Chris' website and made our initial contact. Within 15 minutes, Chris responded and we were able to schedule our first meeting with a tour of Discovery Bay community with one of Chris' assistant as he was out of town. Over the course of 6 months going back and forth as we were busy getting our previous home for listing and at the same time trying to figure out where to move to. As with many people looking to move to a new area, we had a million questions and one. But the most important question for us was whether we can build a relationship with Chris who is a new agent for our family? Over the 6 months courtship, Chris continue to show his professionalism and attentive to detail on what the transaction and our expectation should be as we are making our decision for a new community. And Chris answered all of my one million and one questions. Chris was able to help us secure an offer with contingency of the sale of our home. From the initial docu-sign through escrow and inspectaion, Chris helped us complete our tasks and met all of our requirement. As we closed on our purchase, Chris helped us with all of the necessary references for the work that we wanted done to our new home. These are referrals that Chris worked with over the years and have had work done on his own property. Trust is very key to our family and we were lucky to have worked with Chris and his team.
