These folks are great. The prices are very competitive and they provide excellent service. I had purchased in bulk some "work just as good" toner cartridges from one of those on line companies. They would not work and the company wouldn't take them back. Cartridge World not only delivered my new toner cartridges but they fiddled with my printer and made the other ones work too!

Really good price on the ink. However, I was having problems with my printer and thought it might be the ink. I purchased three new HP compatible cartridges--the black XL, the magenta and yellow XL. I ran a diagnostic test on my printer and it was the print head. I had to buy a new HP printer, and none on the market used the same cartridges. Cartridge World would not buy back the cartridges or exchange them for cartridges for the new printer, even though they had only been used for a diagnostic test. I was very disappointed with their customer service. All they had to do was top off the very LITTLE ink that had been used for the diagnostic test.

Do not use this ink. It will clog up your printer and when you call them to let them know that they ruined a $1200 printer, they will tell you that you can bring your printer to them for a $45 diagnostic fee. I know that it was their cartridge. I found all of the other colors in HP, but couldn't find the yellow, so I got it from Cartridge World. The yellow is the problem and they won't even listen to me. Horrible product, Horrible customer service.
