Terrible. Shannon Boniface, the owner does not respond to emails and will accuse potential candidates of being angry when she fails to reply to simple questions. After sending two emails inquiring about positions listed and Shannon sending a "Read Receipt" back to the sender, she did not respond with answers to questions. After calling to follow up on the two emails that were not acknowledged she accused the caller of "being angry". I would suggest that if you plan on sustaining any kind of business in Santa Fe especially one that is based on those who come to your office for employment that you treat them with respect and acknowledge emails and phone calls without an offensive attitude. I would not suggest using this company. Terrible attitude but typical for Shannon.
