I love working with Shannon and Darren at Careers First! Several years ago I struggled to find a career in Santa Fe that best fit my interests and skill set. A position was recommended to me by Shannon that I had no experience in but she assured me I would be great for the position. I interviewed and got the job, and I am still here 3 years later. I love the people I work with and the work I do. Now I work with Careers First to help find coverage when short staffed and for hiring as well. They make it easy for me to get the right people in the roles we have available and greatly reduce the amount of stress other companies may have when it comes to hiring and finding temp help.
