I wanted to take a minute to write about my experience as an employer who used Career Strategies to hire a temporary employee. A couple of months ago one of our office administrators had to quit with only a weeks notice, and we called Diana at CSI for short term help since we didn't have enough time to post the position, interview and hire an appropriate candidate. Diana responded to my call immediately, asked questions about the position, and offered a couple of different suggestions based on our conversation. 2 days later we had a wonderful, energetic, intelligent, qualified candidate show up and assumed her role with no problems at all. After only one week with our company, we offered her a full time role and she's been a first class employee and team member ever since. None of this would have been possible without Diana. She was an absolute professional from the beginning, she followed up after the temps first day to see if we had any concerns and assured us that she could offer other people within a days notice if we didn't feel comfortable with their first candidate. She was thrilled to find out that we offered Grecia a full time job since that's what their end goal is. Helping qualified candidates find full time employment. Diana and CSI will always be my first choice whenever we need to hire any one else in the future.
