Diana and her entire team is amazing. Diana is a very professional and reliable person. I can honestly say that with over a dozen agencies I've been to, Career Strategies is the best. If you are looking to be placed quickly, Diana will deliver. Although it is every individual person to put their best foot forward and do a good job. In less than 2 months I was hired on permanent from this agency. 100/100 will recommend to anyone in the field of property management. Thank you everyone at Career Strategies. Stay fantastic.

I needed a change in career paths so I scheduled an interview with Diana at career strategies. I was a bit hesitant because I had no experience and wanted a specific pay. Diana had a group training and provided certification. The class was completely free and surprisingly fun. I learned so much about becoming a leasing consultant, so I started to feel confident in taking a chance with career strategies. Diana was great at placing me with companies that were near by my house and worked with my complicated schedule. I was Assigned to three different property’s while I was an employee with career strategies. I was offered to be hired on two of my three assignments. I am so happy with the entire process. I was hired on with a great company with great pay and benefits in less than a year. Diana, Anna, and Jocelyn are so professional and helpful. I’m so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with career strategies.

I wanted to take a minute to write about my experience as an employer who used Career Strategies to hire a temporary employee. A couple of months ago one of our office administrators had to quit with only a weeks notice, and we called Diana at CSI for short term help since we didn't have enough time to post the position, interview and hire an appropriate candidate. Diana responded to my call immediately, asked questions about the position, and offered a couple of different suggestions based on our conversation. 2 days later we had a wonderful, energetic, intelligent, qualified candidate show up and assumed her role with no problems at all. After only one week with our company, we offered her a full time role and she's been a first class employee and team member ever since. None of this would have been possible without Diana. She was an absolute professional from the beginning, she followed up after the temps first day to see if we had any concerns and assured us that she could offer other people within a days notice if we didn't feel comfortable with their first candidate. She was thrilled to find out that we offered Grecia a full time job since that's what their end goal is. Helping qualified candidates find full time employment. Diana and CSI will always be my first choice whenever we need to hire any one else in the future.

This agency was a waste of my time, I was only given a call for a last min 3 day job which I willingly accepted. It’s been months and still haven’t gotten a call, text, or email about a job. It seems like they only give the jobs to Hispanics.

yeah worst place ever Diana is a liar, racist, and discriminative towards females Company does not want to give females jobs unless they are instantly favorited she will waist your time and say she relates to your but really don’t and she acts and dresses really provocative during the Recruiting process. Until you are Let down I Personally don’t have anything good to say about her or the company. After I took a seminar they had. she promised she would get me a job immediately but lied. I have been in with them for weeks. and have not been contacted, texted, called about a position or anything. I truly feel like I gave my time to them and they played with it I have texted her multiple times and. She responded with absolutely no hope or opportunities for me like she had when I first met her. This was all a big joke and waist of time. And i hope karma come for her because she is really childish for having people waist time thinking they will be put to work. Then when you text her she is very disrespectful and rude she will ignore your text and even block you when you hound her. What ever you do don’t sign up with them time is money and they are not worth the time. Also, I wish I never signed up with them because now they have all my social and information for nothing. knowing that they only hire Hispanic races is quit amusing because they could possibly try to work under my social or something hmmm I’ll be watching my social very closely because Diana acts very sketchy. To be a recruiter.

I'll bet all these reviews are their employees. The truth is this place offers below minimum wage jobs mostly janitorial work for appartments. Ofc they tell you it's only until you are with the company for a certain amount of time, and to gain experience, but they expect you to ask for a raise from the employer.
