Brittney Rerecich is a top tier recruiter. She's dedicated, diligent, and very proactive. When I started my job search, I was sending out resumés left and right, but receiving the all too familiar, "Thank you for applying, but..." Then by chance, one of the jobs I applied to used Boly:Welch's services for their screening process. Although I wasn't a match for that particular position, Brittney reviewed my resumé and invited me in for an interview. From that point on, my search felt seamless. After our first interview, Brittney gave me valuable feedback and insight that remained relevant and useful throughout the whole process. As soon as leads would come in, she'd contact me (even on her commute home)! Before interviews, she'd ensure I was prepared by providing resources or simply giving me a quick pep talk. When a lead decided to go with another candidate, she remained positive and got right back to work. When I found myself between multiple offers, Brittney expertly negotiated on my behalf and spoke candidly about my prospects. She really listened to what I desired in a position and did a fantastic job of matching my requisites to that of the employer's.
