It is truly a special thing when an HR company is capable of changing your life by helping you find a perfect career match. Brittney Rerecich is just one of the wonderful people at Boly Welch who can and will help you do this. It is so apparent how much she loves her job and loves the people she helps find jobs that they in turn will come to love. I cannot thank her and Boly Welch for helping me find a job that actually makes me excited to come into work every morning. And- they help people at all different levels in their career. Brittney Rerecich is a top tier recruiter. She's dedicated, diligent, and very proactive. When I started my job search, I was sending out resumés left and right, but receiving the all too familiar, "Thank you for applying, but..." Then by chance, one of the jobs I applied to used Boly:Welch's services for their screening process. Although I wasn't a match for that particular position, Brittney reviewed my resumé and invited me in for an interview. From that point on, my search felt seamless. After our first interview, Brittney gave me valuable feedback and insight that remained relevant and useful throughout the whole process. As soon as leads would come in, she'd contact me (even on her commute home)! Before interviews, she'd ensure I was prepared by providing resources or simply giving me a quick pep talk. When a lead decided to go with another candidate, she remained positive and got right back to work. When I found myself between multiple offers, Brittney expertly negotiated on my behalf and spoke candidly about my prospects. She really listened to what I desired in a position and did a fantastic job of matching my requisites to that of the employer's. I should mention this all happened within the span of a couple of weeks! Brittney's encouragement and support really felt like having someone in your corner throughout a sometimes trying process. Brittney has been at this for a while; and her network combined with the satisfied clients she has produced means working with Brittney will open doors that may have otherwise seemed inaccessible or very well might have been. I'm convinced she is the best at what she does, and I feel fortunate that we crossed paths.
