This might be the most incompetent bank I have experienced. Their drive thru hasn't worked in probably more than a year. They are severely understaffed and even when they have staff present I have witnessed them stay in the side room chit chatting or prioritizing finishing a task over coming to assist a customer. At a recent visit, I tried to deposit $1,500 for rent, but put $1,400 on my deposit slip from habit, which they just raised. I watched the teller count the money in front of me, and she handed me my reciept saying I had deposited $1,400, which made me immediately realize. Granted this was a mistake on my part, but arent they supposed to catch that. When I came right back and told her what she happened, she told me that she counted and that she didn't do anything wrong. I insisted I gave her the $1,500 and asked if she could count the drawer. She finally apologized when she realized she didn't count right. The line is always so long, and the wait is on a good day 10 min. If you need to see a banker, go elsewhere. The wait is incredible. My fiance waited an hour and a half to get a card that he was supposed to receive, but never got one. To be fair, usually the staff is nice, which is the only redeeming quality.
