Well after putting a review on just about a week again I'm am having to change my opinion! I was working through the agency and secured a full time job. Once my term had ended with the agency I was made aware I had holiday pay I was due which was brilliant. Had one payment as I was told and was due to have the remainder paid but the has been no payment. So I ring to enquire and find out why to be given the impression that they don't care once you have left the agency. The person I spoke to was so rude and patronising. Telling me how she doesn't need this and was just going to hang up. No customer service skill what so ever and if thats how they treat people its a wonder they mange to operate! Would no longer recommended this agency to anyone!!!!!
