Can’t reccomend Blue Arrow agency enough the people who work there are wonderful always able to contact them. If you need work desperately they will always find work to suit your needs, pay you on time and help you find a job at the same time.

Worst agency ever find. No jobs availble. They call you 1 saturday a month thinking they're doing a good job fo u.. desrespetcful people. Late payments.

Having worked previously for an alternative agency I was a little dubious but certainly had no need to be, a clear quick introduction with Blue Arrows "Gary" swiftly assured me that the work was good and the work that I wanted was available right here - right now with Blue Arrow .

Well after putting a review on just about a week again I'm am having to change my opinion! I was working through the agency and secured a full time job. Once my term had ended with the agency I was made aware I had holiday pay I was due which was brilliant. Had one payment as I was told and was due to have the remainder paid but the has been no payment. So I ring to enquire and find out why to be given the impression that they don't care once you have left the agency. The person I spoke to was so rude and patronising. Telling me how she doesn't need this and was just going to hang up. No customer service skill what so ever and if thats how they treat people its a wonder they mange to operate! Would no longer recommended this agency to anyone!!!!!

Blue arrow are both efficient in their work and friendly in their attitude. Always paid on time and any queries were dealt with promptly and effectively. Would definitely recommend working for them.
