I would definitely recommend blue arrow to all my friends. I have be with them on and off since 2014 when i was first made redundant. Emma was so encouraging and very positive that she will could find me a suitable job. True to her word within weeks of registering she had found me a job. I wasn't very confident in the job role that she had found, though she believed in me she gave me little push that i needed i went for the job i was there for three & half years until i was made redundant again. I have registered again, this time i have had the pleasure of having both Luke and Emma take me under there wings and true to there professionalism & hardworking within a few weeks they've managed to get a me a permanent position. I can't thank them enough for all that they do. The most important thing is they listen to what you want and they work with you. Thanks again. Sandra Nakyagaba
