Can't rate these guys high enough, especially Paul. I needed to return to work after a long period self employed, and he helped me into a solid full time role in not much time at all. Very understanding of circumstances, pleasant to deal with and professionally minded.

One of the best agencies in Luton town. They care for their temp Staffs and also gives assignments regularly. All the staffs in Luton branch are very friendly, professional and helpful. One of their best consultant is Sirah,She is amazingly helpful and a great professional person to work with. I am grateful to Blue Arrow and Sirah, for all the assignments.

Would recommend Blue Arrow to anyone. It has to be the best agency I have ever used ( and I've used a few)! They asked me question and helped me explore areas that I have not considered before and am now 5 years into a career I love because they looked at my strengths and experience instead of just what I thought I wanted. I would definitely recommend blue arrow to all my friends. I have be with them on and off since 2014 when i was first made redundant. Emma was so encouraging and very positive that she will could find me a suitable job. True to her word within weeks of registering she had found me a job. I wasn't very confident in the job role that she had found, though she believed in me she gave me little push that i needed i went for the job i was there for three & half years until i was made redundant again. I have registered again, this time i have had the pleasure of having both Luke and Emma take me under there wings and true to there professionalism & hardworking within a few weeks they've managed to get a me a permanent position. I can't thank them enough for all that they do. The most important thing is they listen to what you want and they work with you. Thanks again. Sandra Nakyagaba
