I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to after many interactions with Rosetta LoIacono. Over the last six months or so, I have had numerous questions about my DAC account and without exception, Rosa has always responded in a very timely and professional manner. She has been SO very helpful in explaining the somewhat complex system of filing health claims, reimbursements etc. I have never experienced working with someone in healthcare/insurance who is so pleasant, dependable and thorough.
