Everyone at Better Business Planning is knowledgable and helpful. If they do not know the answer at he moment, they will get back to you once they figure it out. Their staff is friendly and supportive. They go above and beyond to make business owners feel confident with their payroll (and similar) decisions. A special kudos is in order for Sherry in payroll and Kristy in insurance. These woman are polite, professional and sincere.

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to after many interactions with Rosetta LoIacono. Over the last six months or so, I have had numerous questions about my DAC account and without exception, Rosa has always responded in a very timely and professional manner. She has been SO very helpful in explaining the somewhat complex system of filing health claims, reimbursements etc. I have never experienced working with someone in healthcare/insurance who is so pleasant, dependable and thorough. I feel so fortunate to know I can always count on her to help. She is truly an asset to the team and and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Rosa!

I called Better Business Planning due to a concern I had regarding the purchase of medication as prescribed by my dermatologist. Unfortunately, something in the process was mixed up and when this reached DAC, it seemed my medical befenits would not cover my medications. I contacted Better Business Planning and explained the situation. The kind attention I received, the thorough explanation, the time dedicated to my concern by Ms. LoIacono (Rosetta) and the very friendly conversation about my concern was way more than I normally expect. In summary, I can say that the professional treatment I received was of a very high standard....Not only that, but the personal attention was incredibly cordial and accommodating.
