Client Review on Better Business Bureau (BBB of Greater E TN)

I contacted the BBB to share my dissatisfaction with a company called Mr. Appliance serving Knoxville. After paying Mr. Appliance over $330 to fix my LG stove top, it still hasn’t worked and it’s been 6 weeks! I than hired an LG certified tech and he said the so called two “defective” circuit boards Mr. appliance installed were not the cause of the problem! My review was displayed and Mr. Appliance did respond. Of course, their version of events is inaccurate. The thing that really ticks me off is that BBB gives them an A plus rating! The BBB has recieved 4 reviews, 1 is positive and the other 3 are all negative! In addition the BBB site states that Mr. appliance has 9 customer complaints. I will never trust a BBB rating again!
