I would recommend Marshall cleaning service to anyone. The Gentleman came out and was very polite and very professional! The work was done in a timely manner. When done the job looked amazing.

I contacted the BBB to share my dissatisfaction with a company called Mr. Appliance serving Knoxville. After paying Mr. Appliance over $330 to fix my LG stove top, it still hasn’t worked and it’s been 6 weeks! I than hired an LG certified tech and he said the so called two “defective” circuit boards Mr. appliance installed were not the cause of the problem! My review was displayed and Mr. Appliance did respond. Of course, their version of events is inaccurate. The thing that really ticks me off is that BBB gives them an A plus rating! The BBB has recieved 4 reviews, 1 is positive and the other 3 are all negative! In addition the BBB site states that Mr. appliance has 9 customer complaints. I will never trust a BBB rating again!

If your interests are the same as the business, you're going to be satisfied. If you have a bone to pick with the business, you're not going to be happy. They're taking care of the businesses because that's the business they're in, to run interference I was disappointed but not surprised to be blown off. A total waste of time.
