Client Review on Benchmark Aluminum

Feedback:

I called for a few screen panels to be replaced last week. They wrote up the order and said they would be out this week. I waited and waited, and finally called to see if they were going to show up. The woman on the phone told me that they were 3 to 5 weeks out, and could not come before that. I told her I had an "order for work" in as of last week, and was told they would come THIS week. She got rude, and told me if that doesn't work for you, you can look somewhere else for service!!!!!!!!!! Nice business...not! No wonder businesses fail so fast - no customer service and rude over the phone!!! Don't hire them....there are plenty of other companies out there that will do the job on your schedule. As a matter of fact...I found another and they are coming out this afternoon!!!! How is that for better service!
