Mike the owner is hard to get ahold of i worked for this company and it's sad to say I've wanted to work here for awhile. I put in almost 50hrs a weekk and only get paid 20.im extremely upset as they continue to put me through loops now two weeks without reimbursements.Sonja was to be in charge of payroll, now i get ahold of her and its mike that approves hours this is ridiculous in my opinion especially for people trying to get out of a tough spot fyi i got fired for not wanting to work Labor Day when we were given the choice. If anyone wonders why they cant find good employees its because of reasons like this....

I am a little late posting this review. They have done the screening for the front lanai and back lanai. I was not satisfy with the way the railing was done in the back lanai and they corrected the problem to my satisfaction. The final payment is done when you are satisfied. Fernando is a very nice guy my only wish is he would listen carefully to customers requests.

After building a new home and later installing a pool and screen cage I am very happy to recommend Benchmark Aluminum and Construction! From the onset Chris was very informative as well as the entire staff keeping us posted along the way. I do know with the recent building boom, permits are taking an excessive amount of time to get and was told that at the onset but Chris kept us updated and called back each time I called.The quality is impeccable and all the workers were courteous and kept the site very neat and clean. Extremely professional company!

I would not recommend this company. First problems was being lied to about inspections on footings and cemente being complete after each step, none were ever done, to the two men installing the actual lanai leaving a mess inside and outside the lanai. The person using the machines tore up not only my grass but my neighbors front lawn and hit our brand new curbing around our flower beds and took a big chunk out. I spoke to Fernando and sent pictures and was told it will be corrected, resent a messsge two weeks ago and was told he would look in to it and still nothing. Our lanai has been completed since July and nothing from them. Just BEWARE and don't make full payment until all work is completed to your satisfaction.

Everyone from the owners down have done a beautiful job on our home. We have a beautiful new pool cage with an awesome picture window and a new front entrance! I had benchmark replace a panel on my pool cage and intall a doggie door. They did excellent work on both and did them in a timely manner considering the crazy storm season we’ve had! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend to anyone!!

I was unaware that this interaction took place and will take the proper action to ensure a customer is never treated this way again. This is not what I founded my company on. I called for a few screen panels to be replaced last week. They wrote up the order and said they would be out this week. I waited and waited, and finally called to see if they were going to show up. The woman on the phone told me that they were 3 to 5 weeks out, and could not come before that. I told her I had an "order for work" in as of last week, and was told they would come THIS week. She got rude, and told me if that doesn't work for you, you can look somewhere else for service!!!!!!!!!! Nice business...not! No wonder businesses fail so fast - no customer service and rude over the phone!!! Don't hire them....there are plenty of other companies out there that will do the job on your schedule. As a matter of fact...I found another and they are coming out this afternoon!!!! How is that for better service!

Mike and his crew have done wonders with our home. From restoring our pool cage, re screening to even custom gates... There's no job to small or to large. Quality work that last forever. They even provided me a certificate of their insurance coverage. Gotta love a honest company. I recommend BenchMark Alumn!
