Slow fees are high. Credit unions are a much better place

Worst experience I ever had at any Bank of America. I own numerous businesses and went there to make a personal deposit and was treated like a drug dealer by the teller and manger.Almost makes me want to close my account at all Bank of Americas

If google would let me leave a zero star! My husband went to make a deposit and the teller there told him do it in the ATM. He said he want his money to be available immediately. She refused to help him. We are reporting his experience to the human services.

Worst customer service ever. After standing in line to cash a check for 15 mins I'm told I have to go sit in a chair because a employee that was spouse to be standing at the door checking people in wasn't doing her job. So I had to wait another 15 mins. Find another bank. Skip this one

BoA posted a $2.4 Billion profit this quarter, but today announced they will be instituting a $12 monthly fee if you don't have a daily balance of $1500.00 or direct deposit. Don't you think that's obscene?

Opened up new account in additional to my other 2 accounts which I have had for over 5 years. While I was there asked about replacing my damaged debit card due to normal wear and tear. Was told by young lady helping me there was a charge but fee could be waived. The young lady helping me was very nice. Couple days later there was charge on my account for new debit card. I called and spoke with someone and was told come in and manager can and has to waive it. So I come in and was told by manager so.ething totally different. With me being loyal customer with now 3 active accounts was very disappointed they cod not help me and waive fee...
