I'm going to get a review after I post this, about how I was told repetitively about how the company works. In reality I was only completely filled in on what this temp agency was about when I got there. Not on the phone, not at the job fair, but when I first stepped into the office. The lady there which I can even call out her name if I wanted to was belittling, sketchy to say the least, and rude. She told me she has told me all the information on the papers several times now, but in reality she listened to what I said and then spit it back out with lots more anger. Even if that was her job to tell the workers they weren't applicable. She certainly didn't have practice with rejecting people. She said stuff and then would go back on it. She made it seem I was in the wrong, for asking if I really needed to put my SSN on a piece of paper for several people's eyes to see and was questioning wethor or not I was qalified for a job if I was asking questions like what calling the office once a week was about. Even though they were still trying to hire me. As if no one has come up to her and asked what working with Avant meant. The paperwork for Avant sounded very sketchy and I didn't understand what was going on for several of the statements made so I asked her and in regards to those statements she was worried I would ask the employers these questions. As if the statements were a big secret. If this is what Avant hires for the image of their company well good luck because it ain't going nowhere. I'm not stating your name because I don't want to ruin your career, but the awful way you treated me today was not okay and the reviews I read stated that there is favoritism and a huge turnover. So hope you learned your lesson.I considered posting anonymously but at the end of the day the lady would know exactly who posted and I would be sabatoged at the end of the day. So here it is with my name in bold.
