Avant was incredible with how much they did to ensure I would get the best opportunity possible. I always felt supported and prepared when they sent me out for interviews and their agents were always on top of things. I'd worked with very removed temp agencies in the past and was impressed with how much communication they maintained. Definitely worth your time.

They pick favorites here at this Staffing agency so that will definitely affect your pay. If they place you in a job you should definitely keep it because they will not put any effort into helping you find further employment through them and if you do it will be something you could go get at a fast food restaurant etc. They will help you at first as long as you don’t get on their bad side. Beware and good luck on your future employment search! Overall I rate them two stars because of my past situation with this agency currently happy working for onin and appreciate the positive atmosphere without worrying about favoritism I experienced through Avant

Having worked in the personnel field myself for many years, I must say the staff at AVANT is A+! They were friendly and professional and made me feel very welcome when I first came to the area. They offered me a temporary position after only 10 days! Highly recommended to anyone looking for work in the Triangle Area.

I thought AVANT was going to be like other temp agencies and have this fake, nice environment where they make you feel like you have nothing to worry about. However, they are extremely honest with the work they are able or not able to get you. Their service is super fast and I got a temp job within days after applying to AVANT! Now the department I work for is looking into keeping me full time!
