Having worked with another staffing agency for two years, I was totally surprised by the personal attention I received. Based on my prior experience, I thought I would most likely not be considered for the job to which I applied, but instead assigned to another less desirable position and then never hear from the staffing agency again. Not so! I was immediately contacted regarding the position that interested me. I had an in-depth interview with Area Manager Scott regarding the position. After he got to know me, my skills and my desires for the future, he explained to me why I would be a good fit for this particular employer and vice versa.
