Having worked with another staffing agency for two years, I was totally surprised by the personal attention I received. Based on my prior experience, I thought I would most likely not be considered for the job to which I applied, but instead assigned to another less desirable position and then never hear from the staffing agency again. Not so! I was immediately contacted regarding the position that interested me. I had an in-depth interview with Area Manager Scott regarding the position. After he got to know me, my skills and my desires for the future, he explained to me why I would be a good fit for this particular employer and vice versa. The agency goes above and beyond to ensure the most appropriate match for both parties and I found this was one of the foundational services Austin Staffing offers. Communication was exceptional. I was kept updated on the process including feedback from my potential employer every step of the way. The due diligence paid off. The position which I was offered was an excellent match for me and my future endeavors as well as the employer's. Austin Staffing takes the time to get to know their clients and their clients' needs as well as their potential employees' immediate employment needs and future goals. It was the most pleasant and successful employment related experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Austin Staffing, Inc. for employers seeking well-suited candidates to consider and job-seekers looking for just the right fit.

Dont waste your time because all you will get is ran in circles. They don't answer calls or return messages. I left messages for Gina and Chris (the claimed owners) and it seems they are never in the office. Also take a look at the old certification they have displayed. Why arent these current? Why is all the furniture different are thwy so cheap that they cant get matching office furniture. Don't waste your time here go to the other firm thats next door.

They lied about when my insurance would run out. NEVER SENT COBRA PAPERWORK. LIED AND SAID IT WOULD BE SENT. BEWARE.

These CALIFORNIA people will say anything about a job to have you work there. One of them reached out to me via Facebook when I posted about needing work. I was sent a link on my post. Then I got asked to come into the office to speak with them. I spoke with Chris who claimed to be an owner but they claim to be woman owned. Chris will chatted my ear off with things I didn't care about. I was there for a job not to hear about fish. He also didn't know the answers to any of my questions.

Austin staffing has been one of my favorite places to apply at, the staff is helpful and genuinely care about getting you hired. Juan was very straight forward about the position I applied for and explained exactly what I would be doing. Overall my experience has been great.
