This is hands down the worst recruiter in Kelowna. When it comes to scheduling interviews for positions they expect candidates availability to be at Aspires convenience as they often ask for interviews next day at 9:30am with no opportunity to adjust with what might work for the candidate as well. When challenging aspire on interview times the response is and I quote ‘If we are still interviewing next week, I will be in touch.Many thanks Michelle’ . Aspire forgets that a large majority of the talent pool is actually people already in the workforce and have works schedules! I hope companies using Aspires services reads this review as some feedback of how Aspire handles their contracts.
