This is hands down the worst recruiter in Kelowna. When it comes to scheduling interviews for positions they expect candidates availability to be at Aspires convenience as they often ask for interviews next day at 9:30am with no opportunity to adjust with what might work for the candidate as well. When challenging aspire on interview times the response is and I quote ‘If we are still interviewing next week, I will be in touch.Many thanks Michelle’ . Aspire forgets that a large majority of the talent pool is actually people already in the workforce and have works schedules! I hope companies using Aspires services reads this review as some feedback of how Aspire handles their contracts.

Aspire Recruitment has provided one of the best experiences when looking for a job. The employees are very personable and genuinely seem interested in meeting your career goals or work needs. They see each person as more than a name on a sheet and work to understand what you are looking for a find a right fit for you. I really appreciate when a recruitment company tells you about the company they are trying to match you with as this seems more like they are finding a fit for you rather than just interested in a fit for the company. Aspire Recruiting did just this. They were able to match my skills with an entry-level position in my field of study so that I am getting real experience that will help me after graduation. I am so pleased with their quick response to any questions or concerns I had and the quick transition into my current position. It has been a pleasure to work with Stacey and her team and I will definitely look to them for work placement assistance in the future.

I recently moved to Kelowna and was worried about finding employment, the staff at Aspire contacted me as soon as I was in town and had me set up for an interview. I found a job right away in a great office! It was a smooth transition and the staff were very professional and kind throughout the entire process. A poor candidate experience for sure. Last minute interview time and no follow up at all, completely ghosted. Perhaps you should work on providing a better candidate experience and have some respect for people who take time to go to in person interviews set up by you.
