Justin was an absolute delight working with us. Getting a 2 year old to hold still for 3 minutes is nearly impossible, but he did amazing with her! Would definitely recommend him.

I love sending my employees to ARCpoint Labs. They are extremely professional & pleasant. They exceed any of the other testing facilities in service, attitude, price and cleanliness. I use many different ones, as our employees are all over the country, but ARCpoint definitely is the best. If I could use only ARCpoint Labs our employees would be much happier. So I happened upon here on complete and total circumstance luck! And I’m glad I did!First I was assigned to quest Diagnostics I’ll copy a little of what went down because let’s face it it’s the internet and I’m lazy 😂Quest Diagnostics DOESNT tell you or your employer not only do you have your appointment assigned to you by your employer but apparently you also have to make an appointment with quest Diagnostics on their website.Typically no big deal, right?When you make child care arrangements, show up at 0700 on the dot, not a soul in the parking lot, or in the office, you have a smile and a cheery attitude and your met with the coldest most unprofessional customer service, that puts a damper.Not only did the girl immediately roll her eyes at me like I should’ve known better, told me (despite them not having anyone there to test) that I could make an appointment two weeks out! I practically begged, showing my documents I brought with me showing I had just a short window to take this drug test and pleading with any shred of humanity she may have for her to persistently turn me away. In the time that she could’ve done my drug test and sent me on my way knowing she did a good job and had premium customer service, she raised her voice, had terrible posture, rolled her eyes, and then finally told me that she had a paper with other places I could try out. Even when I was handed this list, and kindly said thank you, I was still met with hostility and a sarcastic sideways smirk. I did go to ARC Point Labs of Vancouver by the mall- talk about 5 star service! So overall I would sincerely highly recommend ARC Point Labs! I was in and out in under ten minutes, service was exceptional and they laughed along with me at the ridiculous experience from Quest Diagnostics and said I wouldn’t believe how many other people have shared the same story! That’s for making my experience much better and totally easy!

I took my 11yo son here for a blood draw to be sent to Igenex for testing for Lyme. We had recently had a bad experience so my son was more than a little anxious. Nancy did a great job setting him at ease when we got there. She took us back to get started immediately, and chatted with him about his interests while she set up. The actual draw took two sticks, but she reassured him throughout that he was doing well and that he was brave as “tough as nails”, and that she WOULD be successful. I appreciated both her skill technically AND relationally. No tears after this draw! Thank you, Nancy.

Amazing staff! Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Unfortunately we had to have testing done with our child, they were great for him and made him feel comfortable. ARCpoint Labs of Vancouver were a crucial part in protecting our son from ongoing drug exposure from the other parent and gave us the proof we needed in court. I would recommend their services to anyone and already have. Great company to work with. Thank you for all your services and helping us keep our son safe.

Quick and easy to do. I didn't have to wait long in a waiting room and I didn't need an appointment. Got my results quick with exactly how much was or wasn't in my system via email
