I had to come here for school purposes. The guy at the front desk was friendly and professional. However, the ‘tech’ that drew my blood was unprofessional and exemplified horrible bedside manners. Her entire demeanor and attitude was unpleasant. She did not explain the process, let alone introduce herself. While sitting inside the office, I questioned if I should even allow her to draw my blood. On top of that the area in the room that she used to draw my blood wasn’t that sanitary. Overall, if you need any lab work done, search elsewhere before coming to this establishment.

Terrible. Everybody has good days and bad, but when dealing with the general public, you have to at least be nice. Had a hair follicle test done today. The receptionist who also takes the sample, was the worst person for the job. Very short with her demands, banging things as she performed her work and made it clear she hates her job.

Eric and his staff do a great job. It’s a tough business so bad reviews should be expected. But they are professional, prompt and easy to work with.

This place is very unprofessional. I came in for my pre employment drug screen. My employer uses an e-passport for the transaction and when I provided this to the woman at the front desk she told me that "the computer that processes the e passports just went down." I will be rescheduling with another business.

Wow whoever they hired as the new “hair drug person” is by far the worst! I’ve been here for multiple job reasons to get a hair drug screen and the lady seriously chopped hair fromTHE TOP OF MY HEAD. NOW being a woman, that is detrimental and being a human in general that is so messed up. I had asked her to take from the bottom because that’s what they ALWAYS do and yet she chipped from the top! I’ll be going back in tomorrow and talking to the manager as well as possibly forming a law suit. Thanks arcpoint

Very negative experience. Very rude staff hung up the phone while I was trying to clarify and ask questions about my drug screening. Lady on the phone informed me that they do not comply with the Law of the United States, but they comply with their own rules, which she also stated, had no written policy . So I don’t even know how any healthcare agency can operate without a written policy. Very discriminative to me, but inviting to other customers. Needless to say, I would not recommend. Regardless of how hard they fought me, I was still able to get my drug screening! Thanks anyway!
