I went in to get an STD testing taken on Monday, September 9th, 2019, and was greeted by Nia Johnson and Jasmine at the front. They were both very friendly, understanding, and very professional. They handed me paperwork to fill out and was very quick in processing it and getting my blood drawn, as well as my urine taken. They called me the following day and the day after, and left a voicemail for me which I finally had time to listen to. In the voicemail I was informed that there was a mishap of some sort at the lab, and I had to get my urine redone, so I called back and talked with them about it. Things happen and I totally get it. They were very apologetic about the whole thing and accommodated me very well throughout the whole process from the phone and when I was there. I arrived there around noon on Wednesday, September 11, 2019. Maria Ochoa was the one that left me the voicemail, and she was the one that was up at the front, followed by Nia Johnson in the back (she's a huge fan of the Eagles football). Both beautiful ladies that greeted you with a great smile. They were amazing throughout the whole thing and I will definitely recommend others and highly recommend others who are reading this to go there and get tested. Good prices for the tests, process was smooth and quick, and results get back to you fast. Customer service was A+ and I met with Nick Foley, who was the boss there and he was a phenomenal person, providing me information of what happened and how he was able to help me get it done at no charge at my cost. I'm surprised more people don't leave reviews or don't go here more often. It's a great place and a great facility. Definitely a diamond in the rough. I will be back! Great job guys!!
