Person could find my vain in my arm. I showed him where there were some in my hand and in my other arm. Because she could see the vein in my right hand I told her to take the blood from that vein.

I went in to get an STD testing taken on Monday, September 9th, 2019, and was greeted by Nia Johnson and Jasmine at the front. They were both very friendly, understanding, and very professional. They handed me paperwork to fill out and was very quick in processing it and getting my blood drawn, as well as my urine taken. They called me the following day and the day after, and left a voicemail for me which I finally had time to listen to. In the voicemail I was informed that there was a mishap of some sort at the lab, and I had to get my urine redone, so I called back and talked with them about it. Things happen and I totally get it. They were very apologetic about the whole thing and accommodated me very well throughout the whole process from the phone and when I was there. I arrived there around noon on Wednesday, September 11, 2019. Maria Ochoa was the one that left me the voicemail, and she was the one that was up at the front, followed by Nia Johnson in the back (she's a huge fan of the Eagles football). Both beautiful ladies that greeted you with a great smile. They were amazing throughout the whole thing and I will definitely recommend others and highly recommend others who are reading this to go there and get tested. Good prices for the tests, process was smooth and quick, and results get back to you fast. Customer service was A+ and I met with Nick Foley, who was the boss there and he was a phenomenal person, providing me information of what happened and how he was able to help me get it done at no charge at my cost. I'm surprised more people don't leave reviews or don't go here more often. It's a great place and a great facility. Definitely a diamond in the rough. I will be back! Great job guys!!

Ive been here several times for DOT drug testing over the past few years. The staff is very professional and its easily the best drug testing place Ive experienced. I appreciate the quick service.

Finally found a great testing lab that can do just about any lab test imaginable. Very clean and professional facility with a friendly staff. Also, I didn't have to wait long!

When 3 other test smartly labs in KC let me down, this (Overland Park) location was top notch. They had all the materials needed, didn't put me in hold and forget about me, and worked with me in a tricky situation. I would highly recommend. Very professional, clean and prompt.

My company hires these guys out to come give us flu shots every year to keep us healthy. It's so appreciated. Their employees are always so friendly and professional. More companies would benefit from doing the same.

Honestly quite disgusted. I went inside and the lady said empty my pockets so I did and she said did you empty your pockets when she had just watched me empty them so clearly she was insinuating something. I went Pee and gave them my sample and they told me that it wasn’t in body temperature and I had 3 hours to redo the test. I asked her what could cause it to be that way and she said well their are lots of reasons it could be that way including compromising my company. At the point I got mad because I basically just got accused of using fake urine or something of that nature and I said well I’ve never had a problem like this before. She said sit down and drink water and let us know when you have to go again and proceeded to go into their little office and talk about me and look right at me while she talks to the other works about me. So I seen a display of business cards so I grabbed one and it said Nick on it and the other one said Marilyn which said she was the president so I asked one of the workers where Marilyn is at and she said she’s on vacation and won’t be back till after the 4th of July so I said who can I speak to? And she said Well Nick our manager isn’t here but I can call him for you and I discussed to her what the other workers had said and how they treated me and so she called him and let me speak to him on her phone and I told him I was super offended and frustrated and he didn’t care one bit,He kept making excuses for how I was treated so I told him I was going to pee again but I wouldn’t be back ever! I will be talking to Marilyn about this when she gets back trust and believe that! I went pee again and it was perfectly normal and I signed some stuff and left. I would NOT recommend this place at all if you don’t want to be accused of providing fake urine and looked at up and down and talked about. Unbelievable. I understand that’s what some people do but that isn’t me. Never has been and never will! Quite pathetic if you ask me. Just avoid this place and your day won’t be ruined.

My results were not sent in. I followed up a week later and could not get a reason for the delay. 3 hours after my call my results were confirmed by my new employer. I missed a full work week due to an error at this facility. Staff was very nice but can't forgive my loss of income.
