This place will switch your pee with someone else just cuz there in good with your boss. Then when u call n ask about it they hang up in your face n get extremely rude

Small, friendly, clean, owner-operated practice. The lab manager, Geralyn, has been here for 8+ years, and she is very knowledgeable. I didn't know they actually do clinical testing, like Quest and LabCorp. I wanted to do a personal fatigue test and my doctor wouldn't order it because it's not for diagnostic purpose, and additionally, it would cost me more to pay if I go through my doctor. ARCpoint actually offers the entire list of clinical tests that Quest provides and the price is a lot more reasonable. I scheduled a blood draw, and they were ready for me when I walked into my appointment, without any wait. The results came back in a few days, and were easy to interpret. A medical doctor had already reviewed the results. Staff were nice, and helpful to answer questions as well. Definitely a good place to use for personal testing!

Absolutely the worst business and customer service experience I've ever had with a business. I called weeks ago to make an appointment for a blood draw, but they don't make appointments. Their website clearly states that their business hours are 9am to 4:30 pm (although the sign on their door states open until 5pm). I got my paperwork, fasted all day, came in after work, just to be told that they don't do blood draws after 2pm. If that was the case, that would have been great to know when I called to make an appointment in the first place! Now, I have to wait until next year to do my lab tests that I needed done. I can't use my current year FSA towards the costs and potentially other labs that I have already done and paid over $250 for will need to be redone. What a bunch of incompetent idiots.

While I regret the event that preceded, it. My visit to ARCPOINT Labs was the most positive experience! The Staff, was very respectfully, they answered all of my questions and explained every step of the process that was required of me. It was honestly, the Highpoint, of what turned out to be a very, stressful day.

I called in, and the staff members were very helpful, and they answered all my questions. I called one other place, and ARCpoint Martinez was a lot more knowledgeable than the other place I called. I walked-in later, and Geralyn, the site manager remembered our conversation and quickly set me up. I came in for a random drug test. They were very professional. I was in and out within 15 minutes. They also take care of all the paper work, and will send the results to my company. I would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this location. I went for a pre- employment drug test there was no wait time at all wich was awesome . They are super friendly and professional. Very knowledgable they answered my questions. If you need a drug test you should stop by Arcpoint no appointment needed. They were great
