I just want to give a big shout out to Joan Connolly Staffing Specialist for helping me with finding great Medical Assistant jobs right after I graduated and I am truly grateful that she gave me a chance to show my abilities and continues to find me work so I can get the experience and the great pay!! Thank you so much Joan!!!

Feedback:

I was a temp for this staffing company and they were the worst. As soon as I was let go from one job they basically never helped me again. It was like I reached out through phone calls and email and never heard back. It was extremely annoying. They talk about how they want to help but they are quite useless if you ask me. I would never send any of my friends or family to go there. I've read a number of reviews stating how they give all these benefits.... what benefits.. I never saw any benefits. I saw a lot of attitude and no help when I had question or issues about harassment in the work place.

Feedback:

Anodyne is a great company and filled with professionals who take their time to get to know you and your situations so they can find the best employment that meets your need. I enjoyed dealing with Kelly Tratzinski, she is very professional, understanding and has the patience of a saint. You can't go wrong with this company!

Feedback:

Do yourself a favor and do not work for this establishment or use it for a loved one. They only care about money. Clients(elderly & sickly) mean nothing at all. Many violations occur on a daily basis. Have been reported to the Better Business Bureau, along with GLSS and other senior establishments. A key to an elderly building was "lost" on Labor Day and clients were not fed, medications given, bathed or companionship that day. Documentation can be produced. They are unethical, unprofessional and lack both morals and values. Only after money. They hire right off the streets. Do you want a loved one cared for by someone off the "streets"??? Again, I highly recommend you do not use this agency. Also the pay is embarrassing

The worst place to workHHA/CNA /SHCA (Former Employee), Quincy, MA/ Brockton,MA – April 26, 2019Pros: The ClientsCons: Everything The whole companyBy far the worst place I have ever worked and I’ve been a CNA/Hha for about 10 years The pay sucks and management sucks. They don’t care about the well-being of the employees at all one day I called because as I was driving into work my windshield wipers stopped working and it was pouring raining out that day and I have called the office to explain it to the on-call management and the attitude and the lack of consideration and well-being of the employee was totally disrespected . They placed me on a site that is clearly only meant for a homemakers and me as a CNA/HHA/SHCA Only doing homemaking work was a bit of a smack in the face I explain to the company as to what I was looking forward to doing and they just placed me on a site that they just wanted to fill didn’t hear what I was looking for as an employee .

Poorly ran management with semi-professional liers. John K.

Feedback:

By far the worst company I have ever worked for. They pay 2 dollars less than average Home health aide Hiring agency in Boston. The biggest critique against them is their lack of organization in terms of scheduling. Often times I would show up for a shift and another nurse is also showing up to the clients home. leaving the employees to contact the company to figure out who works and who has to take public transit back home. Another example of lack of organization is their payroll. Their is a lack of good communication as no one speaks english that is understandable. Im an immigrantt myself and empathise But my paycheck was late often and always needed correction. Finally, the culture of the work place is not your typical home health aide or cna hiring agency culture. They have alot of hours for little pay and understaffed. Most of the clients I have met with always complain about the quality of service from company and most aides. People see how the office employees act and think it is a green light to go to clients home and simply sit down on their phones the entire shift completly ignoring the geriatric ill client. One client is always screaming and in state of panic and nervousness because he/she doesnt know who is working with them and if that person is going to care. I would show up for a shift with him/her and and I would walk in on him/her screaming at top of lungs. Then informs me that the previous HHA would not acknowledge him/her. Although having a manager be unnecessarily rude and one who is egotistical or domineering is common for most service jobs. It hasn't been my experience at all with HHA' agencies. Most offices attempt to display/demonstrate the kind of interaction they want their aides/nurses to be like with clients by being really nice, polite, empathtic, selfless, and proactively working as a team. This place definitly lacks all of that. If you are looking to get a quick job then this is the place for you. If youre looking for a stress free, enjoyable, rewarding, and organized job then I suggest going to the many great Healthcare hiring agencies in Boston.
