Our company has been a customer of Amcheck for over ten years. Our payroll for all administrators had been inputted in the wrong grouping for over two months by Amcheck, and we were recently notified that all administrators payrolls would be garnished wages due to Amcheck’s mistake of overpayment! We tried to work with a supervisor, who never took the time to fully understand what transpired, and, when asked what we would like her to do. We said “the right thing”, and pay for their error of overpayment. The supervisor reached out to the President of the company, and he said that the Administrators were not entitled to those funds?!?! The funds were coming from their annual salary. You know the true ethics and morals of a company when they won’t take ownership, and they make a bad situation worse. Very disheartening.

We have had serious issues with Amcheck. We were able to see past most of the small issues but recently an error on their end resulted in them overpaying our employees and then garnishing all of their next paychecks after they discovered their error. They refused to take responsibility for their own mistake and instead blamed our CEO for trusting their company and not double checking all their math. Note that all of their positive reviews come from their own employees and not from satisfied customers.

My name is Brian Bosse. I have been associated with AmCheck since November of 2010, and there is not another vendor (payroll or otherwise) that I am aware of that is more customer-centric than they are. I would love to be able to reproduce the culture that AmCheck has around customer service within the companies I serve. In addition to this, the accountant manager that I worked with originally is still the person I work with today. The continuity and consistency amongst staff, again, speaks to the culture within this tremendous organization. I have moved all of my clients to AmCheck, and unhesitatingly recommend that you do so as well.

My experience as an employee at AmCheck has been the best! The atmosphere here is great and it feels good to come to work every day. The owner, Dean Lucente, truly cares about his employees, business, and clients. We all share one goal and that is to provide the best service for our clients and for them to have a direct point of contact every time they have a question or need assistance with something. Our clients are not a cold statistic recognized by a number but instead human beings that deserve rapid assistance and the best service possible. I feel very lucky to be a part of such a great company and team. I highly recommend this place as an employer and highly recommend the services we offer.

Management is competent and likeable, overall leaving a great work / life balance. Our CEO, along with upper management, is constantly looking on how to make AmCheck better for our clients and to meet their needs.
