I wish it was possible to give a "0" as a rating.This business is extremely unorganized, unprofessional with highly suspicious practices. I have had an extremely difficult time with them after a notice of audit. They have not been helpful in helping remedy this situation for the very first tax form they prepared for us! Multiple phone calls and none returned. We will not be returning to them. I will be filing a complaint with the state board and the IRS Criminal Investigations Department. I am surprised they are even allowed to practice after the IRS raided their office in 2016.

Been getting my taxes done here about 5 years, they are great. Lannette is awsome with your returns. Great staff !!! But you better make apt because they get real busy.

Company falsifies info on tax returns. All past customers are in process of being audited by the irs. Company is fined $250 thousand a yr by IRS. THEY ARE NOT CPA CERTIFIED EITHER. PER IRS

I agree with all previous reviews!!! The staff there is very rude and unprofessional. They are all dishonest and provide wrong information. The owner Jeanette does not take any accountability and there's evidence as to why they got raided by the FBI. Do NOT use this tax office!!!! They made several mistakes on my tax return and they refused to amend it. Do your research and find a reputable CPA.

Was having my taxes amended here and I wish there could be a negative cause that's what I would give it. I had Sandy do my taxes and it took her over 3 months to amend them. The only reason why it took that long because she took my paperwork and I never heard a word from her. I called, texted and emailed her multiple times and would never answer back. When she did call back basically got after me as if i was bothering her and said she was busy. Wasn't until almost 2 weeks later after the call I had with her I called the company and Sandy passed the paperwork to a co worker for pick up. Over the time I called the company but they gave me a I'll give her the message or I left voicemails. This was my first time here and it certainly will be my last.

Just spoke to Zanette or Jeanette or whoever they all work under the same office for the same person, how ever first to mention she was rude, and then pointed out that I was rude which I was but she only did not like that I KNEW exactly what I was talking about. She then said that my fiancé can come in and she can call the IRS & wait two hours to get on the line to show that even if she would call them they would want to talk to my fiancé instead of her, and that she would hang up the phone with the IRS and have my fiancé call them himself. I then stated why would you waste 2 hours if you could just simply hand him the phone over, so they can speak. I said why aren’t you willing to even try to act like you care about his check and get him on the line with them I said isn’t that why you’re getting paid 300$ for then she said well he hasn’t got paid so neither have I. This place is overall the worst people to deal with, they don’t have good customer not one tiny bit, going to see what I can do to report them to the state board ! -0 is my rating. Please save you’re time and go to someone who will actually try to help you even if it’s out of their control I as a front desk worker always go above and beyond for my clients even if they tell me the same thing I already knew but it never hurts to try to keep you’re customers happy but at this place they could careless. Save you’re time and the chance of you getting audited!
