**WARNING!!!***Computers crash at Altoona Tax with no backup. If you are trying to find an accountant, this is NOT the place to go. Especially if you have to leave a message for a response. This shady place is obviously screening calls. I had tax business done with Laura. Spent over $900 for her to do my taxes. Later asked her for a form that I needed and was not in my copies provided by her. She was unable to give it to me due to a crashed computer with no backup. No joke! That was her excuse! I have every reason to think it wasn’t provided with the forms I sent to the IRS which concerns me. Believe the ratings from this business.
