Called as a new applicant looking for work. I was treated with complete disrespect the moment the rep answered the phone. I wanted to know what kind of work do they staff for and what kind of pay if it is daily or weekly. She just replies with we are not day labor. Doesn't answer any other questions or have any regards to the fact that I'm a new applicant looking for work, as well as people to work for my father in laws remodeling company expanding for the holidays. I continue to try to ask the rep questions with pretty much the same sarcastic response. She sounded nice but it was extremely rude at the same time. I know I called you and not people ready or day labor. When I asked to speak to a manager since the rep wouldn't listen to me or answer any questions after she made up in her mind that I just wanted the daily job. she laughs and says no she will help me. I informed her that I would like to speak to a supervisor again.. Finally get a sup on the line. Who immediately takes the reps side and replies with I overheard the rep speaking and she was saying that because they get a lot of calls for same day pay jobs. Ummm who cares? You handle every call as if it's the first call and with good client service. You still treat people with respect. I even informed them that the comments here have people with same day pay jobs? They then inform me they do have some clients and they do next day pay. Sooo why belittle an applicant or client for asking questions about YOUR services?? The owners should evaluate the office staff. No reason potential clients or applicants should be treated like that while trying to conduct business. I was basically told to go to labor ready?
