The Staff is truly impatient and cant seem to preform properly when put to multiple tasks witch makes no sense bcs we work in hundred degree weather and are labord until nearly passing out. specifically the old lady you are truly rude and need to be educated yea you with the glasses old rant

I am currently a temp working 40 hours a week since September. This was the first place All Quality sent me to.They do have quite a few companies that keeps a lot of people working steadily.

Definitely hit or miss . The phones are answered in a professional manner and from there it can go a broad direction. Pay is minimalist in nature not sure of their "cut", more than once I've had to wait days for a check or been told "You should have called first." Also there is no show up minimum You could get to East Mesa and work two hours only to be told payday Is Friday? Be cautious.

The lady in the front office wanted to make copy's of our social security cards and it don't make sense to me, be careful who you give your personal information here, no other job agency have asked to goto copy my social security card, it seem suspicious to me.

Called as a new applicant looking for work. I was treated with complete disrespect the moment the rep answered the phone. I wanted to know what kind of work do they staff for and what kind of pay if it is daily or weekly. She just replies with we are not day labor. Doesn't answer any other questions or have any regards to the fact that I'm a new applicant looking for work, as well as people to work for my father in laws remodeling company expanding for the holidays. I continue to try to ask the rep questions with pretty much the same sarcastic response. She sounded nice but it was extremely rude at the same time. I know I called you and not people ready or day labor. When I asked to speak to a manager since the rep wouldn't listen to me or answer any questions after she made up in her mind that I just wanted the daily job. she laughs and says no she will help me. I informed her that I would like to speak to a supervisor again.. Finally get a sup on the line. Who immediately takes the reps side and replies with I overheard the rep speaking and she was saying that because they get a lot of calls for same day pay jobs. Ummm who cares? You handle every call as if it's the first call and with good client service. You still treat people with respect. I even informed them that the comments here have people with same day pay jobs? They then inform me they do have some clients and they do next day pay. Sooo why belittle an applicant or client for asking questions about YOUR services?? The owners should evaluate the office staff. No reason potential clients or applicants should be treated like that while trying to conduct business. I was basically told to go to labor ready?

I briefly worked here doing political campaigns. Your wage really depends. You will make as much as you put into it...I think the training could be better. I feel like they trained me fast then threw me out there to either sink or swim. But it's great because someone will be there to help when you need it. This job is not for everyone but overall it's ok. It's not a career.

I have worked off and on with all Quality for over 15 years made as much as$23 an hour. Worked with many different labor coordinators With them! Now they won't call back or call me about jobs!!! go with another agency if your smart!!

I really want to let All Quality Labor know how much I appreciate them . This is my last week working for them if it wasn for them helping me find a job with godspeed time l probably would still be waiting for jobs to return my calls . These ladies deserve the best . Everything is on time with them and i will miss working for them honestly. I am now getting hired on due to my hard work , self motivation , and dedication . Some advice from my experience , go to work and focus on you and the job do not fall into the talking crowd be a leader and focus on you. Work your butt off great things will happen . I am so happy I did my 60 days and put in the time of 480 hours of work . Once I get my first paycheck from my new company I will stop in with Dunkin donuts least I can do to show my appreciation . Thank you ladies for your hard work as well finding me a job . By the way dont call and ask about jobs go in there with your resume id or what ever is required . Call and ask what to bring and then go in there . It shows that youre professional and not lazy . Sincerely David S .
