I wish the company I work for did not use Ahola as their online payroll service. EVERY time I go to print off pay stubs it is a long winded INCREDIBLY Frustrating process! The website is not user-friendly at all and is annoying because you’re constantly being re-directed somewhere or being asked about some dumbass demo. You have to verify your identity 10 different times and have computers and devices verified. And then after getting into the portal is not straightforward as to where to find paystub‘s. I hate everything about it!Anytime I have to do anything with this company I dread it, and I know it is going to waste a lot of my precious time. User-friendly systems are evaluated by the ease of getting from point A to point B in the least amount of clicks, I challenge you to ask a family member who does not have any prior familiarity with the interface and website to login and it get to your paystub‘s. Then watch them struggle through these annoying pages, you will see how frustrated they will get.
