Worst experience I have ever had with a company, especially a company advertising professional lab services. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! The wait time was about 45 minutes each time I was there. I had to go into the office 4 times and give two samples because of their mistakes. I was lied to about pricing and ended up not being able to receive my test results after giving 2 samples and paying twice. On site they told me the difference would be paid since they messed up. I got a call later that day saying I needed to come in and pay again because I was told wrong. Worst management I have ever seen as well; manager was very rude. To top it off, the facility was not even sanitary or professional. It needed cleaning badly and there was urine on the floor of the collection bathroom. Even if your employer is paying for your test, I would not recommend you come here, the 4 trips, headache, and terrible service is not worth it. Ended up having to go somewhere else after it all happened, a week and a half later. If I could give zero stars I would!
