Worst experience I have ever had with a company, especially a company advertising professional lab services. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! The wait time was about 45 minutes each time I was there. I had to go into the office 4 times and give two samples because of their mistakes. I was lied to about pricing and ended up not being able to receive my test results after giving 2 samples and paying twice. On site they told me the difference would be paid since they messed up. I got a call later that day saying I needed to come in and pay again because I was told wrong. Worst management I have ever seen as well; manager was very rude. To top it off, the facility was not even sanitary or professional. It needed cleaning badly and there was urine on the floor of the collection bathroom. Even if your employer is paying for your test, I would not recommend you come here, the 4 trips, headache, and terrible service is not worth it. Ended up having to go somewhere else after it all happened, a week and a half later. If I could give zero stars I would!

What a great experience compared to the larger competitors. The collector was fast, efficient, smiling, personable, and you could tell loved her job. This is a great place to go for drug screens and other services. If you need fast, efficient and personalized service, this is the place for you. Keep up the good work!

Terrific.. I really was impressed with how everything was handled. Rhonda was very kind and made this embarrassing saturation into a easy task to encounter.The only problem that I could think of would be the weird step structure it seemed a little off balance. Thank YOU

Prior to arriving I had this whole idea I would be waiting not sure how long I grab my newly acquired book,"Polish Your Diamond; YOU WERE CREATED TO SHINE by Teresia Burroughs." Needless to say my book never had a chance to open. Ms. Tracy was prompt and courteous. She was so prompt after entering I didn't even know she was speaking to me. After realizing she was speaking to me and not someone on the phone, we both laughed and she begin explaining the process. The entire process was quick and easy. With over 20 years in customer service, when I witness outstanding customer service and professionalism I get happy internally. It's the kind of happy that extends throughout the remainder of the day and touches everyone I meet. Affordable On-Sites gets five stars from me because that's the max I am allowed but honestly it was off the charts amazing!! Thank you Affordable On-Sites and Ms. Tracy for such a profound experience.
