TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER. Do not work for this company. The Creve Coeur Missouri office at #2 City Place is a joke. Ashley at the front counter uses caller ID to screen calls and only answers the calls that she wants to, and lets the phone ring and ring and ring until you are disconnected on the calls she doesn't want to answer. You can get her to answer the phone only after you have called 6 times in a row and the ringing phone becomes annoying to her, and then she answers with a very bad attitude. She claims they are very busy, but this is absolutely NOT the case. After not being able to get through on the phone, I went to the office in person and walked in 5 minutes after calling last and surprise!, there was no one in the lobby at all except for Ashley at the front counter, the girl who doesn't answer the phone and who has a terrible attitude towards their contract employees and thinks she is really the best thing that ever happened to Aerotek. Very snotty. I called the corporate office to make a complaint, I was transferred to an employee relations voicemail and my call was never returned. Clearly Aerotek does not value or care about it's contract employees. Such a shame, we were off to such a great start. Recruiter Austin Pierce is really good, until you point out an error on his end that can be rectified, and then he stops returning phone calls and emails. Not a good company at all. The employees really make it look bad. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere ells. Do not use or work for this company. Please notice the numerous 1 star reviews on this company if you don't want to take my word for it.
