The jobs they post for, after they finished my position i never got a call back from the recruiter... I waited 3 weeks until i could come into the office to pick up my stuff from my contract job. When I tried to call i never got any emails or calls back until 3 weeks.... 3 weeks!!!!! I waited for the recruiter from Aerotek to pick my personal effects and return them for me.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER. Do not work for this company. The Creve Coeur Missouri office at #2 City Place is a joke. Ashley at the front counter uses caller ID to screen calls and only answers the calls that she wants to, and lets the phone ring and ring and ring until you are disconnected on the calls she doesn't want to answer. You can get her to answer the phone only after you have called 6 times in a row and the ringing phone becomes annoying to her, and then she answers with a very bad attitude. She claims they are very busy, but this is absolutely NOT the case. After not being able to get through on the phone, I went to the office in person and walked in 5 minutes after calling last and surprise!, there was no one in the lobby at all except for Ashley at the front counter, the girl who doesn't answer the phone and who has a terrible attitude towards their contract employees and thinks she is really the best thing that ever happened to Aerotek. Very snotty. I called the corporate office to make a complaint, I was transferred to an employee relations voicemail and my call was never returned. Clearly Aerotek does not value or care about it's contract employees. Such a shame, we were off to such a great start. Recruiter Austin Pierce is really good, until you point out an error on his end that can be rectified, and then he stops returning phone calls and emails. Not a good company at all. The employees really make it look bad. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere ells. Do not use or work for this company. Please notice the numerous 1 star reviews on this company if you don't want to take my word for it.

If I ever go through another staff agency it will not be Aerotech! I have never went through a temp agency up until now, if I ever do again it won’t be Aerotech! They over paid me, now they want me to pay back the money. They made the mistake they need to pay better attention on what they’re doing! I am beyond mad, never go though Aerotech!

Aerotek started off good 6 years ago but I ended up getting an engineering degree a masters and the people in ft.wayne in. refused to let me speak to someone from EASI instead I had to talk to the liar who told me my pay was 14 but after all the hoops i jumped thru it was only for 12. The recruiter lied about my pay and after 2 days i was let go. Aerotek has went down alot they need to upgrade their staff with competent people. Aerotek will only staff white guys in engineering position and if u have a PHD they will offer you a machine operator job if your Black so see for yourself you will only get a buffered fluff plausible deniability escuse.

Ive called corperate alot ...my wife got released from a job ...she recorded her own boss stating she was being set up..recorded hr as well ...now that shes eligible for unemployment ...these fools want to drag it out till the very last minute so they dont have to pay until absolutely necessary...these guys do nothing but screw you over.....

Im trying to figure out how you dont get a check that you worked hard for...I was asked asked if I gave the correct address. Wth? Lets not blame me for payrolls obvious inaccuracy to get the job done on time. The holiday was Monday giving plenty of time to get out funds out on time. We have to be timely and never miss a day but its okay not to get paid? Unbelievable!

For a corporation that claims to be running for 30 years you really dont know what you are doing. The recruiters, branch office and corporate office dont answer the phone when a client calls. Ignoring phone calls is extremely unprofessional. Also get with the program. It doesnt take two weeks to setup direct deposit on a weekly pay. I now regret my choice with going through this company. I'm also willing to bet that you wont respond to this review. Although I do hope potential clients read the reviews and go through a different company that knows how to answer the phone and has direct deposit setup properly. And the people arent first. It's the CEO's pockets that are first. UPDATE: It is extremely unprofessional to receive negative feedback about one of your contract employees and not forward that feedback to the person or is about. I've been let go with the only reason being negative feedback. Also for your office to stop all assistance because of constructive criticism is also extremely unprofessional. As I've said before I hope every single person reads the reviews about this company before they sign any contract with this company. Oh and one more thing I hope the CEO sees this review and sends me a price are message to find out how his company is a failure and not a success.

Aerotek is the worse contract house to work for. We all know it if your a real contractor. Ive tried them twice and voth times done dirty. This last time i was released from assignment but was told 20 hours into the next weeks that it ended last friday. Since then its bn 2 weeks of ongoing fighting for my 2 daus of pay. They finally paid my regular wages but didnt pay out per diem. Ao i am fighting now about how all of a sudden on my last week pay that per diem has to be verified. Lmao.. So after sending utility bills, irs bills, etc.. They are still dragging feet.. STL office blames corperate.. Corporate blames STL... Very scandelous company.. Always has and will be.. So companies reading this wanting to hire contractors.. Plz use another company.. All of us real life contractors thats bn around the country and years of DO NOT LIKE AEROTEK.
