If I could give this business a rating without one star I would. This business does not abide by wage and labor laws and takes their customers word over their employees. My fiance was required to report to work at a company shop every morning, and required to ride in the company vehicle to the job site every morning and return to the shop every afternoon upon completion of work. The hours that he turned into Advanced were not the hours he was paid. Instead they paid him the hours that the customer had changed on a signed time sheet. When the company was addressed about this issue they stated they would pay for the missing hours on the next payroll. 4 payrolls later the missing hours are still not paid and now we have obtained an attorney and filed a claim with the wage and labor board. Advanced Employment, you should be sure to be in compliance with the "travel time" that is put in place for construction workers in Montana and familiarize your staff with wage and labor laws as well as your customers to ensure that you are not illegally shorting pay to your employees.
