They tell me to do it one way all week, then the day i need them, that way doesn't work. They need to learn their own rules so they can communicate them. Won't use them again as they screwed up my whole project.

If I could give this business a rating without one star I would. This business does not abide by wage and labor laws and takes their customers word over their employees. My fiance was required to report to work at a company shop every morning, and required to ride in the company vehicle to the job site every morning and return to the shop every afternoon upon completion of work. The hours that he turned into Advanced were not the hours he was paid. Instead they paid him the hours that the customer had changed on a signed time sheet. When the company was addressed about this issue they stated they would pay for the missing hours on the next payroll. 4 payrolls later the missing hours are still not paid and now we have obtained an attorney and filed a claim with the wage and labor board. Advanced Employment, you should be sure to be in compliance with the "travel time" that is put in place for construction workers in Montana and familiarize your staff with wage and labor laws as well as your customers to ensure that you are not illegally shorting pay to your employees.

Not a bad group of people, they definitely want to help, but if you have rent to pay be aware of the fact that myself and multiple people in the review section have called continuously morning after morning and not gotten to work a single day. I have called to ask multiple times why this is and I get the same response every time"Call you back in about 45 minutes to let you know if we found anything" Yet I haven't gotten a call back a single time. I had ultimately trusted them to be able to pay my rent at the time in which I couldnt due to the lack of "work" and am now the closer to being homeless than having a job. Be aware that even though its part of their shtick and they will tell you it to your face, this IS *NOT* GUARANTEED WORK.
