I tried two different staffing agencies before I came to Action. The first one forgot who I was when I called and had all of my information wrong. The second one felt very impersonal and felt like they were just trying to place people wherever as quickly as possible.When I interviewed with Action, Jordan was very friendly and charming. She gauged my personality quickly and although I had come in for one position, she immediately realized it wouldn't be a good fit. Instead of saying she would call me when she found something else, she thought of another position right then and there and described why she thought I would be a good fit. When I left, she emailed me promptly all of the information I needed to get started. When I had my interview with the company, she emailed me right before and said good luck and called me a few hours later to say I had the job and she sounded genuinely excited for me.Action was quick, personable, and friendly. When Jordan left, Amelia took over and was just as friendly and helpful! When I finally met Mary Anne, she welcomed me into her office and chatted with me a bit. Tracy takes care of all of the checks and she is quick to remind you to turn in your time card if you forget! Very helpful!I now have a permanent position at a company I am happy with because of their efforts. If you want a friendly staff, great experience, and to find a job in less than a month, Action is the way to go!
