Client Review on Accurate Background

I called this company 3 times and offered time and time again to offer paperwork to speed up the process, after which they repeated that everything is fine and on the way to being done.WRONG it was done in a couple days but they couldn't verify my employment so I had to provide W2s to my employer Myself. Ridiculous. They also falsely put that I was CONVICTED of a misdemeanor when it was an infraction. The fact they can use the word convicted and charged interchangeably is beyond me. I have no idea how this company is still running, they make the employee do the background themselves. Very useless!!!
