Horrible place to work for, it's a revolving door. The trainer is unprofessional and does not train the employees to succeed. Do yourself a favor and dont work with this company. There is nothing worse than starting for a company that lies to there employees. No pros only cons.

This company costed me a position at Amazon. Had to dispute a background check after it came back saying I had 2 felonies which I don’t. It took weeks to complete and it costed me my position. Very inaccurate and unprofessional.

I called this company 3 times and offered time and time again to offer paperwork to speed up the process, after which they repeated that everything is fine and on the way to being done.WRONG it was done in a couple days but they couldn't verify my employment so I had to provide W2s to my employer Myself. Ridiculous. They also falsely put that I was CONVICTED of a misdemeanor when it was an infraction. The fact they can use the word convicted and charged interchangeably is beyond me. I have no idea how this company is still running, they make the employee do the background themselves. Very useless!!!

Bad experience m This company is dirty, I have waited them a full year until they respond to the employer, so the response is the background of the unfinished employee to work, damn you.

This company is impossible to work with. They say they tried to contact previous employers but can never get a hold of anyone and won't leave voicemails. Instead they go back to the candidate and ask for W2s or other supporting documents. I had to personally contact my previous employers and ask them to contact Accurate, which they all did, and it still took 3 days and 2 more phone calls to each previous employer to confirm employment. As a new employee this was a really tough, very involved process. Do not recommend.

Abysmal job as far as their background check procedures is concerned. It takes them three business days to do an entire background check but it will come back with discrepancies guaranteed. Why? Because they don’t do a thorough background check. Once you file a dispute it they tell you it will take 8-10 business days to complete the dispute. How does a dispute take longer than the actual check? Poor experience so far.
